Photoblog: Christmas Lights in Bogota

Christmas greetings dear reader!

First of all, we would like to apologise for the lack of updates recently. The whole team is currently in Bogota and besides spending our time in meetings to review the achievements in 2012 and the plans for Uncover Colombia in 2013, we have also let ourselves into the amazing Christmas spirit that can be experienced everywhere you go in the city.

The Christmas lights decorations in Bogota are always something to behold and this year has not been the exception. Last night we went out for a night tour around the city to capture some snapshots of the city Christmas lights installed in parks, streets, shops and people’s houses.

No need for a long description here. Have a look at the photos and let us know what you think.

Are you planning to spend Christmas in Bogota ?

Have you visited the parks and plazas at night and enjoyed the festive atmosphere?

We would love to hear you comments.

For now, we are slipping into Christmas mode and the Uncover Colombia team will be enjoying the best of Colombian Christmas cuisine: Natilla, buñuelos, tamales and Ajiaco.

We will try to post a few more articles about the festive season before year end… however, if the party takes over please forgive us for being a bit absent until January 😉
